Find your place in regenerative food systems

A 10-week online course for people who want to help change the food system and are working out where they fit. Learn from practitioners doing the work, in a small cohort, and leave with a clear read on the system and a concrete next step.
Apply for the October 2026 cohort

Building a better food system won't happen through farming alone. It needs people bringing experience, a genuine drive to change a broken system, and care for where the planet is heading. Maybe you have skills from another field, an idea to build, or a role you'd like to change from the inside, and you're just not sure where to start.

Over ten weeks, our course, Venturing Into Regenerative Food Systems gives you the map, the practitioners, and a cohort to figure it out with. You'll leave with a clearer view of the system, a next step that fits you, and a network you can turn to for help.

What you’ll get from the course

Real progress on your work

Test the ideas you've been sitting on, sharpen the ones worth keeping, and build momentum with a small cohort and a set of tools you'll still be using after the course ends.

A deep foundation in systems thinking

Spot leverage points, map system dynamics, and see why most food system problems don't get fixed at the level they show up. Taught alongside practitioners doing the work.

A clearer sense of where you fit

Time to think about what regeneration means in your context, and where your skills and background can contribute. By week ten, most people can name the role, project, or question they're moving toward.

A mission-aligned peer community

You’ll join a diverse and international group of changemakers including entrepreneurs, creatives, researchers, and investors. Together you’ll move from insight to action.

Wherever you're starting from, there's a way in.

People generally venture into regenerative food systems from three different starting points: career, venture, and intrapreneur. Find the one that sounds like you, and follow it to the full picture.

1. The Career Changer

1

The day-to-day work no longer fits your values, and the gap keeps widening.

2

You often read about food systems and regeneration, but can't see the structure or your place in it.

3

You have strong transferable skills and can't yet see how they translate, so you haven't made a move.

Is this you?

2. The Aspiring Entrepreneur

1

You spot real problems in food systems but lack the system depth to commit to a direction.

2

You're surrounded by impact noise: accelerators, funding announcements. You can't tell signal from hype.

3

You can build. The question isn't “can I?” but “should I build here, and where exactly?”

Is this you?

3. The Intrapreneur

1

You're already driving food or sustainability initiatives inside your organisation.

2

You're the internal “go-to,” but with patchy regenerative knowledge and no clear framework.

3

You feel motivated, but constrained by structure, politics and slow decision-making.

Is this you?
